What is InfoServ® e-School?
InfoServ® e-School is an intelligent software product, automatically informing parents about  their children's marks at school. Everyday, following the educational process, information about students’ marks, reprimands and absences is being placed in the system. Here it becomes available to the parents 24 hours from any place in the world. Parents can contact the information system whenever they want to from any place via a phone– the most widespread communication device.

InfoServ® Call Center enables parents to call any time and find out the entire school information regarding their child. How does InfoServ® e-School work?
This program contains many menus and functions. Work with the product is divided into administrator and operator parts. Administrator is a person, authorized to register new operators. Operators have access to certain levels and permission to enter data and references. InfoServ® e-School has a high level information security. Parents can check only their own child’s marks. The program is flexible and is conformable to the peculiarities of Bulgarian educational system. There are special tools designed for moving students from one class to another, for untimely moving a student to another class etc.        

How is information placed in the system?  
Teachers use special work cards, where they type marks, absences and reprimands. Work cards facilitate putting of information into the system and have a positive role on strictly keeping everyday school records. Reprimands are written on special blanks, printed on the back of the work cards. From these cards they are put into the program.
Invitations for open houses, school events and commendations of the child are also included to the important messages. When information enters the system, immediate messages are automatically sent to parents.    
InfoServ® e-School has tools for data import from software programs of Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science, Admin Pro, Admin L etc. In cases when such program is not available, there is a certain order for placing information into the system. There are also convenient tools for data export in the right format. 

Is it possible to control work with the program?
InfoServ® e-School  has a special “Log-book of Operations” and information can not be deleted from it. Operations within the program are automatically recorded. The only one to have an access to the Log-book is the school administrator. He/she can print out check ups about information in the Log-book to control and supervise agents’ work. Administrator and operators have strictly defined rights to work with the program, which guarantees correctness and security of the information. The diversity of searching, sorting and filtering tools gives you rapidity and flexibility of work.       
InfoServ® e-School wrote a new page in the School-Parents-Teachers-Students communication. Parents can be connected to the school database via a phone call and within a few minutes receive complete information about their child’s marks, important forthcoming meetings and events. InfoServ® automatically sends a message to the parents (SMS and e-mail) when their child gets a mark, acommendation or is absent from school.
