InfoServ® Hot Line is a telephone information system, which automatically receives and records suggestions, breach signals and complaints. The system substitutes human factor and organizes follow up  actions. Call center provides round-the-clock service 7 days a week. The system  can be  contacted via a telephone–most frequently used communication device. Incoming calls are recorded in a list as audio files.  

The list contains columns with specific information. Status of recorded messages can be changed if they have already been processed. Received messages can be quickly selected when using special filtering and grouping criteria. Another convenience are dynamic filters, filtering table by contents of the selected column. You can also visualize not-heard messages. Using audio buttons you can repeatedly hear calls and insert comments and notes into the system. The programme provides convenient tools for archiving messages from  current list of calls and printing check ups of the received calls.        
 
InfoServ® Hot Line has special tools for transformation of audio information into text format. There is a standard form in which you have to enter the content and  attributes of the audio files. Built in tools enable a system user to enter and format call's text. The document can be sent to certain officials for reaction, either individually or with an audio file attached. The system enables respond  to a complaint to be elaborated and sent back. InfoServ® Hot Line  supervises the process. Responsibles are organized in groups in the system. Groups can be created, corrected and deleted. Every group can contain unlimited number of contacts. Prepared text document can be sent to one person or to a group in a corporate net. Sending of files in a corporate net is easy and quickly.The system enables an automatic setting-up of number of days to respond to all incoming messages.

InfoServ® Hot Line gives opportunity to control both- incoming messages and follow up process. Using the "History" reference one can supervise calls, prepared text files and reaction of officials.
