This product enables several dispatchers to work in one local net; maintains an integrated database and ensures workflow’s monitoring. United operator services in InfoServ Taxi is integrated with an easy and intuitive interface with proven in practice high qualities, which saves time, spent for the routine operations in a Call Center. InfoServ Taxi keeps history of all calls, which contributes to a strict organization in the dispatchers’ work and enables them to change work dynamics during rush hours to provide excellent quality service to each client. Due to different options of InfoServ Taxi the dispatchers are able to arrange, redistribute and put calls in various states, depending on their availability at the moment.
