InfoServ® Vote is a telephone information system, conducting automatic inquiries, votes and referendums. Willing to vote citizens call phone numbers, preliminary published in the media and give their “Yes” or “No” to a certain public issue. The system enables its users to conduct enquiries with more than two possible answers. In such case a needed number of telephone lines has to be integrated in the project. With an activated option “Dial and Hang up”, referendums are absolutely free of charge for the voting person and for the organization, organizing the voting. Subject to the settings, made to InfoServ® Vote, the voting person can hear provisional results from the vote at moment or to give his/her opinion. 

Contact with the system is realized without any place and time limitations via a telephone – most used communication device. The Call Center provides attendance 24 hours, 7 days a week. Voting citizens call a certain number and the system automatically processes their vote.

Unique Vote - InfoServ® Vote has a special “Unique vote” option. It can be activated to make sure that from one phone number will be received only one vote. Thus, transparency and correctness of the results is 100% ensured. 

The program can process voting for several projects at the same time. At any moment voting state can be checked. The system provides statistics on the process of voting. Parameters of the reference are time period and time interval. Time period defines  range of time, during which the reference has been elaborated. By default, this is the period of realizing the project. If you want to choose another period you have to enter initial and final date of the period. Time interval defines the unit of time for which votes are summarized.

The program has a function for playing opinions, left by voters. InfoServ® Vote also has tools for proving the trustworthiness of the vote. For this purpose a reference of all voters’ phone numbers can be printed out. While working with the program, you will find valuable directions and advices in the “Help” menu.
